- I started out my beauty career by working part-time for various cosmetics companies not only as a way to indulge in my love of makeup, but also to make some extra money while in college. After graduating, I decided to start my own bridal beauty business. Being a small business owner also allowed me the freedom to pursue my love of makeup artistry by becoming a freelance makeup artist. This is how I met one of my best friends who,as a photographer, decided to start her own magazine. The beauty editor in me was born. While I am no longer a beauty editor, I am still an avid makeup reviewer and will continue to indulge and myself and my readers with honest, in-depth reviews on makeup collections and products. In addition to all things beauty, I am an avid fan of historical fiction novels, opera, wine, and documentaries.
